Frank first got into workout classes in 2009 as a member at Blantyre Sports Club and became an over night addict, not only to the results of the workouts but to the community of people. Fitness has always played a major part in Frank’s life.
On his quest to become a better coach Frank went on several different courses to improve his knowledge in the different areas of Personal Fitness and Wellbeing ranging from weightlifting to Aerobics.
